Easy Morning Recipe: Caprese Egg Bites

Ingredients: 6 large eggs 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Olive oil or non-stick spray for greasing

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil or non-stick spray.

Whisk the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well until fully combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the Good Stuff: Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese, diced cherry tomatoes, and chopped basil.

Fill the Muffin Tin: Pour the egg mixture into the mini muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
