Ingredients:6 large eggs1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil or non-stick spray.
Whisk the Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well until fully combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
